I was fortunate enough to attend the #LiterLove Launch Party last month and learned so much! They brought in a Redken expert to explain how to get the most out of all the Redken products, and I’ve never felt more educated about what I’m putting in my hair!
The most important thing I learned at the Liter Launch event? You don’t have to buy the same shampoo and conditioner! You can mix and match! I came away from the event with the Redken High Rise Shampoo to amp up my volume and the Redken Extreme Strengthening Conditioner which is infused with proteins to keep my hair silky and strong.
Since the Liter Sale is such a steal, I went back and got one more shampoo. In my opinion, Paul Mitchell Tea Tree is the one of the best lines in haircare. I’ve used the Tea Tree thickening spray, and not only does it work, it feels natural and leaves my hair feeling healthy and full. I usually using the Awapui Ginger Shampoo by Paul Mitchell, but I thought I’d venture out and try something new. I decided on the Lemon Sage Thickening Shampoo, and I absolutely love it! A lot of thickening shampoos can be harsh and leave my hair feeling fried, but this thickening shampoo nourishes while giving me the much-needed volume I’ve been searching for.
I usually color my own hair using the Overtone deep conditioning treatment to keep my hair nice and rosy, so I only bought the shampoo because I’m all set on the conditioner front. The Paul Mitchell liters are $19.99 during the sale, but I think they’re seriously worth it!
