I’ve been messing around with monochrome for months now, but I recently hit the jackpot with this nude high-neck one-piece suit from Forever 21. Apparently every time I post a photo in it, people think I’m naked?? Which is extremely shocking, even for me. But hey, at least they looked. Gotcha.
Before I tell you anything else, you should know, this suit is on sale for $14 right now… so snatch it up! Because, I’m telling you guys, this is the one-piece of the summer. I love the fit so much I also bought it in white (pics to come), and it’s totally replaced all my one-pieces from past seasons. I even prefer to wear it to the pool over my two-pieces.
Yeah. You heard me. I’m willing to deal with the tan lines.

This thing is snug and sassy without being overly revealing or too run-of-the-mill. A standout in the era of the one-piece trend, if you ask me. I was a little nervous about the lack of cups, but honestly the suit lays well and had me feeling more confident than usual. I guess I’m embracing the no bra look… for now at least. Plus, this suit would totally stay still if I felt the urge to cannonball into the deep end of my apartment pool. Which ya’ll better know I’ve done.
The suit drives the look, but I thought I’d include a few style suggestions for when you’re hitting the pool this summer.
Tips & Tricks:
☀️Paint your nails white. This will make you look like the tanned summer goddess you are (even if you’re really pale, it’s okay, you’re still a goddess. and you’re probably smarter than all of us tanned women anyway bc #skincancersucks.)
☀️Flaunt some hoop earrings when you head to the pool, shown off by a high pony. Looks like you put in effort, even though you’re makeup-less, sweaty and haven’t washed your hair in four days. (Oh, just me?? OK.)
☀️ Sunnies are a must. I prefer small rounded lenses because I have a small face, but to each their own. Seriously, though, this is the one thing you do not want to forget at home.
