As summer begins to wind down, I thought I’d share the must-have statement earrings that have stood by my side all season long. These two pretty pairs have served me well when I’m in a pinch, bringing an otherwise mundane outfit out from the shadows and into the light of sunny, summer days.

I’m a huge proponent of the tassel trend, and these tiered tassel earrings from Madewell seal the deal for me. The warm palette complements all the colors in my wardrobe as well as the warm tones in my hair (thanks, Brittany Massey aka miss @paintyourmane!)

Perhaps my favorite in my little bag of golden tricks are these detailed gold autumn hoops from Baublebar. The leaf details give off an elegant, elevated boho vibe and honestly remind me a bit of sunshine because they brighten up any outfit.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting up with Wess Howell (alter ego: __ursa__major__) who’s a phenomenally talented photo snapper. He captured me in the moment and made be feel quite comfortable. 10/10 would recommend scheduling a session!
